This page distinguishes an Efody subscription from a restaurant guest's food order.
The monthly subscription can be cancelled from the account or Stripe's subscription-management page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Pro access may continue until then. Cancellation does not by itself remove any withdrawal or refund rights available under applicable law.
The subscription fee, renewal period and cancellation terms are shown during checkout. Refund requests and any statutory withdrawal rights are assessed separately under the contract and applicable law. This page does not impose a blanket no-refund rule.
Food orders are offered by the restaurant identified on the ordering page. Guests should contact that restaurant about products, delivery, cancellations and refunds. The restaurant's connected payment provider handles the payment process; the restaurant is responsible for preparing and delivering the order and addressing product-related requests.
