This page describes the software service relationship between Efody and a restaurant business and their basic responsibilities.
Efody supplies software and technical infrastructure. The restaurant remains responsible for its business, menu, products, pricing, preparation and delivery. This page alone does not create an agency, joint venture, employment or representation relationship. Each party is bound only by obligations it has accepted in writing or through the applicable service flow.
The restaurant pays a monthly software subscription of €49 for Efody Pro. It renews automatically each billing period and can be cancelled at any time from the account. Efody does not charge a platform commission per order. The payment provider charges processing fees for card payments through the restaurant's connected account and sets any reserves, holds and payout schedule under its terms.
The restaurant displays its business and contact details, products, prices, delivery and cancellation terms on its ordering page. It fulfils guest orders and handles customer requests about those orders. The connected payment provider processes card payments and transfers balances under its own service terms; Efody does not set processing fees.
Each party uses personal data it can access only as needed for the service and in line with applicable data protection rules. The restaurant is responsible for the accuracy and publishing rights of its content. Cancellation, access and service termination follow the Terms of Use and billing period; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
