These terms describe the basic rules for restaurant businesses and account holders using Efody software.
Efody is a software service for ordering websites, QR ordering, order management and marketing tools. Account holders must provide accurate business and contact details, keep login credentials secure and prevent unauthorised account use. The service covers the functions described in the application.
Efody Pro costs €49 per month and renews automatically each billing period. The subscription can be cancelled at any time from the account. Efody does not charge a platform commission per order. Payment provider processing fees apply separately to each card payment; the net balance and payout timing follow the provider's terms. Applicable tax and invoice details are presented in the payment and billing flow.
The restaurant is responsible for its menu, prices, stock, product and allergen information, sales and delivery terms, order preparation, customer communication, cancellations and refunds. It must ensure that its content and business activity comply with applicable rules. Efody does not guarantee order volume, revenue, savings or a particular level of independence from other platforms.
The monthly subscription is managed through Stripe and may be cancelled from the account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access until then depends on the subscription status shown in the application. The restaurant retains its content rights and permits Efody to host and display that content to provide the service. Non-waivable legal rights remain unaffected.
